For the first time in I have no idea how many years, my weight is below 60 kilograms, around 58 to be exact. No it's not the weighing scale being faulty, because I tried two. :P

But it pretty sucks because I don't think all of the weight lost is fats. And it feels pretty gay to be below 60 kilograms. ):

Nowonder my mother probably thinks I'm anorexic. I've lost over ten kilograms since those CJC days. You know mothers, they'd rather you have some meat on you.

But I am not anorexic lah. I still eat, just that it's all low fat and low glycemic index food. I think calling it a lifestyle change is more appropriate. (:
